The Tunze Nanostream Pump Magnet Extension 6025.501 is a stronger external magnet than the one that comes with the Nanostream Pumps. It is used to increase the holding power of the magnet holders included with the Tunze Turbelle Nanostream Pumps.

With the magnet extension the Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6015 Pump, Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6025 Pump can be used with tanks up to 1/2" thick. The Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6045 Pump, Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6055 Pump, and Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6095 Pump can be used with tanks up to 3/4" thick.
