The Tunze DOC Skimmer 9415 combines a very compact design with high performance and is ideal for installation in aquarium cabinets. This compact protein skimmer is for aquariums up to 120 gallons if it's heavily stocked with SPS corals and fish. In the case of fish only aquariums it can handle 400 gallon tanks. It utilizes a 9420.040 Tunze Hydrofoamer Needle Wheel Pump to inject and mix the air and water and produce a very fine mix of bubbles. The patented anti overfoaming system prevents an overflowing skimmer cup due to changes in surface tension.
